Christmas Wreath Workshop

  • Glentrool Newton Stewart, Scotland, DG8 6SY United Kingdom (map)

SOLD OUT

Come to The Hive in Glentrool Village and learn how to make a beautiful Christmas wreath to take home with you.

I have been making Christmas wreaths for many years. I don’t use any floral foam or other plastics. My wreaths are made on a wire base covered with moss. The moss helps to keep the foliage fresh, and the wire base can be reused. I use a selection of traditional fresh foliage, berries and cones. Everything you need to make your wreath will be provided, but if you have any foliage in your garden that you would like to use, please bring it with you. I prefer my wreaths without any ribbons or other embellishments.

If you would like to add a ribbon bow to your wreath, bring some ribbon along. If you have secateurs or flower snips that you like to use, feel free to bring them with you, but I can lend you some if you don’t have your own.

The workshop is limited to a maximum of eight people, and I am only planning to do one workshop this year, so book early to secure your place.
